In these Terms & Conditions, references to “we”, “us” and “our” mean ONLY YOU FASHION LTD. References to “you” and “your” mean the customer placing an order through our website.
2. Scope of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of clothing, fashion products and related goods through our online store to consumers in the United Kingdom and, where applicable, to customers in other territories we deliver to.
By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
3. Products
We sell fashion products including, but not limited to, dresses, tops, trousers, co-ord sets, knitwear, outerwear and accessories.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, sizing details, colours and specifications are as accurate as possible. However:
- colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting;
- measurements may include reasonable tolerances where stated;
- packaging and presentation may vary from time to time;
- minor differences that do not affect the overall quality or function of the product may occur.
It is your responsibility to review the product description, size guide and any care instructions before placing an order.
4. Eligibility to Purchase
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract;

5. Orders and Contract Formation

Prices include VAT where applicable, unless clearly stated otherwise.
Delivery charges, if any, are shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.
We accept payment methods shown at checkout. Payment must be authorised before your order is processed.
We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct. However, if an obvious error occurs, we are not obliged to supply the product at the incorrect price.
7. Delivery
We deliver to the locations listed on our website or made available at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only. We will do our best to deliver within the timeframe stated at checkout or in your confirmation email.
Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and, in any event, within 30 days of the date the contract is entered into.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, customs delays, severe weather, strikes or force majeure events.
Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to take possession of them.

All products are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock after you place an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and offer a refund or, where appropriate, an alternative.
9. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Cancellation Rights)

The cancellation period expires 14 days after:

- if your order consists of multiple goods delivered separately, the day you receive the last item.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you must send the goods back within 14 days.
You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop, but you may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions
Your legal right to cancel may not apply to certain goods, including:
- sealed items not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery;
- goods made to your specification or clearly personalised;
- any other goods excluded by applicable law.

If you cancel your order within the legal cancellation period, we will refund the price paid for the goods and the standard outbound delivery cost relating to that order, where required by law.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier under applicable law.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Unless we state otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising your right to cancel.
11. Faulty, Damaged or Misdescribed Goods
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
If the goods you receive are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise not in conformity with the contract, you may be entitled to remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Depending on the circumstances and the timing of your claim, these remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe an item is faulty or incorrect, and provide your order details together with a description of the issue and, where possible, photographs.
12. Sizing, Fit and Product Care
Where size guides or garment measurements are provided, they are intended as a guide only. Individual fit may vary depending on body shape, fabric type and manufacturing tolerances.
You are responsible for following any product care instructions provided with the garment or on the website. We are not responsible for damage caused by failure to follow care instructions.
13. Promotional Codes and Discounts
From time to time, we may offer promotional codes or discounts. Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
- only one code may be used per order;
- codes may be subject to expiry dates, minimum spend thresholds or product exclusions;
