1. Right to Cancel
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

4. Conditions for Returns
Returned items must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in their original packaging
- Be sent within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation
5. Return Costs
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
6. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of postage.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- The original standard delivery cost will also be refunded where required by law.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you are entitled to:
- A full refund within 30 days of delivery, or
- A repair or replacement where appropriate.
Please contact us as soon as possible with details and photographs of the issue.
8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
9. Non-Returnable Items
The right to cancel does not apply to:
- Items made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised
- Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
