Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return:
– the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition,
– all tags must be attached,
– the item must not show any signs of use.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
